Shipping
Flat-Rate Shipping: $8 on orders under $100.
Free Shipping: On orders of $100 or more.
Shipping rates are based on your order subtotal before taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer two convenient return options:
In-Store:
Return or exchange your item within 14 days of purchase.
By Mail:
Ship your return back within 14 days of receiving your order. To get started, complete the form on our Returns & Exchanges page.
For in-store pickup orders, returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification.
After the 14-day return window, all purchases become final sale.
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Prepaid return shipping labels are available for a flat fee of $8, deducted from your store credit.
Customers may use their own shipping method if preferred.
Exchanges
Need a different size or want to try another style? We're happy to help!
Your first eligible exchange ships free, both ways!
We'll provide a complimentary return shipping label for your original item and cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement item to you.
Complimentary exchange shipping is limited to one exchange per order and is subject to item availability. Any price difference between items will apply.
To request an exchange, please complete our Returns & Exchanges form before sending your item back.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address used for the original purchase.
Original shipping fees and applicable return shipping label fees are nonrefundable.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at mixx boutique.
Return Requirements
Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All original tags must remain attached.
Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

No price adjustments will be made on previously purchased items.
mixx boutique reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
