Thank you for shopping with mixx boutique we truly appreciate your support! If you are not completely in love with your purchase, we’re happy to offer store credit for approved returns made within 14 days of purchase.

We offer two convenient return options:

• Return or exchange your item in-store within 14 days of purchase

• Ship your return back to us within 14 days of purchase. You can start the process by filling out the form in Returns & Exchanges

For in-store pickup orders, returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving notification that your order is ready for pickup. After the 14-day window, all items become final sale.

Approved returns will be issued a store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address used for the original purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total store credit amount.

Return shipping labels are available upon request for a flat fee of $8, which will be deducted from your store credit total. Customers may also use their own shipping method if preferred.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be received and processed once it arrives back to mixx boutique.

Receipt is required, all tickets must be attached, and items must be in NEW condition; cannot be worn, washed or altered.

mixx reserves the right to refuse a credit or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.
